Depending on the case, they may take the form of a contingent fee, an hourly fee, a combination of the two, a flat fee, or some other structure that is mutually agreeable. We staff our cases leanly to ensure that your case is handled efficiently and to avoid the essence of the case being lost among layers of associates, junior partners and senior partners. A named partner is responsible for each case we handle.
