Sarbanes Oxley Training and Ethics Investigations
Daniel W. Bishop, the firm's lead partner, acts as Chief Ethics Officer for one of the firm's Fortune 500 natural gas utility and pipeline clients. Together with Christina Dodds, another partner of the firm, Mr. Bishop has conducted training seminars across the country addressing corporate ethics compliance and reporting issues. Mr. Bishop and Ms. Dodds also handle business ethics investigations, witness interviews, and document reviews, and make recommendations to the company's audit committee regarding the disposition of alleged ethics code violations and potential conflict of interest claims within the company. Alice London handles ethics investigations in the non-profit context.
Insurance Law
